Following BBQ tradition, the pulled pork is cooked “low and slow”. Cooks all night but serves fast. Phil’s pulled pork is smoky, tender and juicy without being mushy. The pork is served either as a sandwich on a bun, or platter style with garlic toast. Pulled Pork is sold by the pound for take out orders.

PORK WINGS

We knew pigs could fly? A pork wing is pig shank meat, cut off the shank end of the ham and has a deep meaty, smoky flavor. The best part is it has a bone that can be used as a handle to swipe up extra sauce. The pork wing tastes like a cross between ham and sweet ribs. The pork wing meal comes with two pork wings, 2 sides and a drink, or can be purchased separately as an add on. Also available with the 2 or 3 meat sampler platter.

BABY BACK RIBS

Phils ribs are extra meaty baby back ribs; not fatty, with a nice hickory smoke flavor. Dry rub ribs have a spice mixture on them while smoking, reminiscent of Memphis style ribs, with just enough kick to keep your taste buds happy.
The sweet ribs are sauced with Phil’s Original Sweet Sauce, sweet and messy. 3 rib platters are available: a 3 rib special, ½ rack or full rack platter, all coming with 2 sides and a drink. Ribs are also available to take out,  half rack or full rack.

BRISKET

Phil cooks the brisket flats, trimming all the fat off before smoking. He seasons them and hickory smokes them low and slow, in traditional Texas style, creating a nice smoke ring. Phil’s brisket is juicy,smoky, tender, with a nice texture without being chewy or tough.

 ALL BEEF HOT DOGS

Phil smokes Chicago brand, all beef, 5 to 1, hot dogs. They are awesome by themselves, but become the DREAM DOG when piled up with a side of Phil’s famous baked beans and a bit of slaw.

BREAST

Phil seasons and smokes turkey breast, slicing it thin for a tasty sandwich. Add lettuce, onion or tomato for a healthy sandwich option. Great for a quick meal for lunch. Can be purchased by the pound to take home for later.

½ CHICKEN ON BONE

This piece of chicken has no seasoning on it, just a tender piece of meat with a smoky, succulent hickory flavor.

 

DRY RUB CHICKEN BREAST

This is a boneless, skinless Chicken breast, seasoned with Phil’s Dry Rub. This is chicken with a kick.

 

CHICKEN SALAD

Phil’s chicken salad is made with marinated, smoked chicken. All that is added is mayonnaise and pecans. This is a great option for those looking for a lighter option without missing out on the hickory smoked flavor bbq fans love.
