From Johnson City
Take I-26 east to Eastern Star Road exit. Turn right at end of ramp and Phil's Dream pit is less than 1/4 mile on the left.
If all else fails, when you get to the end of the Eastern Star Road exit, Just Roll Down Your Window and Follow Your Nose!!!
